For help importing photos from your iPhone to your PC in the "traditional" way, please see the Microsoft support article Import photos and videos from phone to PC. Alternatively, you can install iCloud for Windows to make your iCloud Photos library available in File Explorer. Or, if you're wanting to download only a few photos, just visit iCloud.com from your PC and log in with your Apple ID.
