Apple ID
How can I change my apple ID for "Media & Purchases" to the same ID on my account? It keeps telling me the email is unavailable but it's MY email!

It sounds like you have 2 Apple IDs. Apple IDs can't be merged. You can sign out of the ID in Media & Purchases and sign in withe the desired Apple ID. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
