Hello I have 60,000 emails how do I delete all at one time my Mac is 3 years its a 21 inch

Select All with CMD+a keys, right click & choose Delete.

Won't they then have to also empty the email apps trash? if so, it should take a lot of time to complete.

Could be, not sure what the diff is or when it has an effect, but I've seen differences in Delete & Move to Trash. :)
