my phone is not letting me access anything as far as the app store or downloading anything keeps telling me that my account has been disabled in the app store and itunes

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


don't try to edit any of your account information. you need to contact Apple Support
