How can I reset my iPhone XR?
I forgot my password and removed the device from my iCloud on another device. Says disabled for 15 minutes every time I turn it on. How can I just reset the whole iPhone?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
