constant "error" type message in console

I like to look around my computer's console on occasion, and something I notice (when I search by term "remote") is that every second (almost exactly) this message string appears:

com.apple.WebKit.WebContent CDN - client setup_remote_port

com.apple.WebKit.WebContent CDN - setup_remote_port: bootstrap_look_up() => unknown error code (1100)

What does this mean? If this is an actual "error" (although I doubt it), is there any easy way to "fix" it?
