Hello, looking to find out a recommendation for a cable to connect a 144hz monitor to a macbook pro 2020 13 inch. Thanks for any help you can give me!
that's a 1920 by 1080 display with these inputs:
Signal Input : HDMI, DisplayPort, Dual-link DVI-D (support NVIDIA 3D Vision)
Best results would be obtained by connecting with a USB-C to DisplayPort cable. It does not have to be anything crazy.

Its the 10th gen model macbook pro 13 inch which has 4 thunderbolt 3 ports. I need to connect that to a 144hz monitor that has a display port connection. It has hdmi connection as well but that won't allow for 144hz unless it is different with a macbook?
