No option for iTunes and App Store in setting

Thank you for getting back to us and also for including the screen image. That was very helpful.

It appears that the support article hasn't been updated yet to reflect changes for iOS 14. We have submitted a request to update that article.

In iOS 14, go to Settings > App Store > Automatic Downloads and turn on/off as you wish.

We understand that you are looking in Settings for an option for iTunes and App Store so you can turn off auto updates. iTunes & App Store isn't an individual entry. To turn off automatic updates on your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. Then turn on or turn off App Updates.
