When will Iphone 12 available in the Philippines? Can I order the phone in US based apple site? if yes, Please assist me on how to pre order. Thanks!

You would need to order from the Philippines store or a local reseller when it becomes available. Here is the link: iPhone - Apple (PH).
The US store would not be able to ship outside the US.
