How do I add Philips Hue sync box to Apple Home app and display the four HDMI connections on Sync Box: HDM1=Cable, HDM12=Apple TV, and HDMI=Blue Ray. My Philips Hue sync box is connected to HDMI 1 Port in my Sony Bravia XBR-65A9G TV. My Sonos Beam is connect to the TV through the HDMI2 ARC port. Thanks!

There’s no Home App on the Apple TV itself, you will need to use an iOS device.
Apple TV can be used as a Hub though, so you’ll want to set that up in Apple TV settings- Homekit & AirPlay. Give it a room name.
It would be wise to update all software first, on the Apple TV and on your iOS device.

I can’t answer the other questions regarding set up. You will need to refer to Philips Hue for those instructions but install the Hue App on your iOS device as well to ease in set up and configuration
