Why my music list are not fully visible and in active in certain playlists

We understand you're experiencing issues with playlists in the Music app on an iOS device. We'll be happy to help.


From what you've explained it sounds like some songs cannot be played and they may be grayed out. If so, follow the steps here: If your songs are grayed out


If that's not the issue, tell us more about what's happening. Answer the questions below and feel free to add any additional details that might help us help you.

- What do you mean by not fully visible?
