Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I know my password, but the iPad is asking for a Pass Code. My password doesn't work

What does it want? I know both my password for the iPad and for the Apple site. It doesn't accept either. It does for logging onto the iPad, but not when attempting to install an update.

Passcode and password are different, you would have set up a passcode at some point
