My iPhone just randomly developed a green tint on the screen I was just using it and I saw in the top left notch was green static and now the display has a green tint and you can see the lines glitching all over the display everything works with the touch and screen it’s just the green tint and lines

Best suggestion is to take your phone to an Apple Store Genius Bar and have them take a look at it. They can give you an indication of what it will cost to get it fixed. This sounds like the hardware is failing.
