My Macbook air would not download any apps, i have done all that was suggested in this article with no success. After signing out, it won't let me sign into my app store again, and it's not downloading. Pls how I can fix this?

Please read If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support.
