Can't open Zip files on Windows that were Zipped on Mac

Hello, I am basically selling a virtual download to people containing audio files. I use a Mac and when the folder is complete, I zip it on Mac, upload it to my website, and people can purchase / download from there. However, Windows users have been having trouble opening the Zip file. When opening, it contains an empty "MACOS x" file. I've read somewhere that it depends on the file size when zipping on a Mac, like 4GB, but my folder isn't even close to 4GB.

My question basically is, is there a way to get around this on Mac so I don't run into this issue with Windows users?
