iPhone backup

I broke the screen on my iPhone X two months ago, and have been using an old iPhone 6 until my iPhone 12 is delivered. I now have information on both phones that I want to back up to sync with my new phone. Is there a way to do that through iTunes?

You can take backups from each iPhones on iTunes provided that are in working condition. You will have two backups from 2 devices on iTunes. However, you can restore only from one backup.
