iPhone SE Brightness keeps resetting to 1/4 . I’ve turned off Auto brightness, restarted phone still doing this. New phone just updated

It sounds like you're experiencing the brightness on your iPhone SE unexpectedly change. We'd like to give you some helpful tips for this situation.
Since you've disabled Auto Brightness, this is a great first step. Do you have Night Shift enabled? This feature changes to the tone of the display to a warmer spectrum during certain times of the day to provide your eyes with some relief.
