New apple six

I replace my apple four with an Apple six. When I purchased it I use my iPad which has a outdated email address. Now my Apple Watch keeps giving me a message complete the sale enter your password for an old email address that I no longer use new remember the password how can I fix this?

You will need that old apple id and password.
