my partner no longer has access to his email that he used for his Apple ID, and unfortunately that Apple ID is connected with his Apple Watch.
he has forgotten the Password to his Apple ID and now can’t get a reset code because he no longer has access to that email address.
is there a way we can unpair the Apple Watch or somehow get back into his Apple ID?
If he forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if he can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
If he has 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if he can't recover the password using the steps above, he will need to use Account Recovery.
