Issue with icloud

My problem is that I’m trying to access with my new iPhone to my iCloud account, but it is sending a text confirmation to my old number that I don’t have it, and then It gives me the option to send a confirmation to mi iCloud email that I don’t have access either without my phone number. I need options because support told me that the will contact me to the email THAT I DONT HAVE ACCESS my iCloud email

Sounds like you might need account recovery -- Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
