The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

That means that the merchant you bought it from never reported the sale to Apple. Or that it was stolen in transit and sold privately. Here is what you can do about it—>Update your proof of purchase - Apple Support
