Purchase date not validated

I have bought a I Phone 12 Pro Max from Etisalat, but checking the serial number, they are saying purchase date is not validated. Please help me to resolve the issue

iPhone purchase date not validated Hello Dears , i was gifted a new device in " 1 june 2021" ( iphone xs 64Gb Gold , japanees version , when i bought it , i checked on official apple website about serial number , i found that is " please activate your device " but now , when i checked again , the message changed to " purchase date not validated " .
