iPhone purchase date not validated

Hello Dears ,

i was gifted a new device in " 1 june 2021" ( iphone xs 64Gb Gold , japanees version , when i bought it , i checked on official apple website about serial number , i found that is " please activate your device "

but now , when i checked again , the message changed to " purchase date not validated " .

What is the problem ?
