Can AASP refuse to service your phone just because your phone's model is not in their service region? AASP in Myanmar (mCare which is under mDrive) is refusing to service the phone with model number from different region (e.g, iPhone purchased in USA)
Correct. Apple reserve the right to only service or warranty iphones bought in that country.
We fellow users always recommend buying phones from Apple or Apple approved resellers in the country you live in.

So apple one year warranty is not international warranty? Last time i went to apple store in singapore, they replaced my ipad which i bought from US. is it because the store i went in is Apple Store and not AASP? is it possible that Apple itself will service any iPhone regardless of region but AASP can refuse to service iPhone outside of their region?
