Trying to update my iPad version 10.3.3 to iOS 12
How can I update my IPAD iOS 10.3.3 to iOS 12 or later. I want to download google meet and it's telling me I need iOS 12 or later

You probably have an iPad 4 which cannot be updated beyond 10.3.3 as it does not have the components needed to run newer software.
