Since I ever updated to iOS 14 the keyboard is not responsive r showing the wrong keys on the touch bar.

When I type the word “Shaun or Zebra” it gives me the answer “sHaru because the first time I typed it wrong.

We'd like to provide some tips on what to do for this:


  1. You can set up text replacement as a workaround to predictive text. Check out 'Set up text replacement' here: How to use Auto-Correction and predictive text on your iPhone
  2. If you don't have too many customizations within your text correction/suggestion dictionary, another option is to reset it, as outlined here (under "Reset your personal dictionary"): Save keystrokes with text replacements on iPhone - Apple Support
  3. We've also released the new iOS 14.1 version. If this isn't the version you have currently installed, check out: Update your iPhone
