can't see the folders that are on my iPad.
I have a folder of photos in my "files" on my iPad. I cannot see it when I look at my iPad files on my Mac. how can I move them from my iPad to my Mac easily?

It sounds like you're needing help looking at files on your Mac from your iPad.
We'd recommend using iCloud Drive as shown here: Set up iCloud Drive on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or computer
