Old iPhone 7 Plus sync to new iPhone 11 through home WiFi

i recently changed a new iPhone from iPhone 7plus to iPhone 11. I used my home wifi network to synchronize and transfer all the infor and data from old iPhone to this new iPhone 11. My question is , if Now I reset my old iPhone to factory setting and deleted all the infors, will it also automatically synchronize & deleted all my infor in my new iPhone ?
