Ipad still processing

I have ordered iPad 8th gen 128gb like 3-4 weeks back and my estimated order date was 17th October. But still today is the second day if the estimated date and my order is still showing at processing stage. Why?what is the issue? Why my oder is taking so long time even estimated date has passed and still processing.

please someone help regarding this .I’m now even able to contact apple.
