Hi. My iPhone X is popping out on the right side. If i try to push it in it just comes out again. I've opened it up, and the battery is fine, it's not swollen. What is the cause of this, and how can i fix it? I dropped the phone about 6 months ago, but i didn't notice anything until a month ago. I replaced the screen myself, but it's still popping out.

The fact you replaced the screen yourself will likely get you no service from Apple at all. iPhone is NOT a self service device. Apple will know you have put an aftermarket screen on the phone. They MIGHT be willing to offer an out of warranty replacement or they may refuse to touch the phone at all.
At this point, a 3rd party fixit service would seem to be the better option for you.

The battery may have swelled slightly. You can take it to Apple Store but they may refuse to do anything if you opened it up and also dropped it. They may offer you an out of warranty replacement at about 2/3 price of new one.
Or risk a third party repairer
