Hi, I work on my iphone every day and my question: is better for battery and iphone charging all time (practically over 100% full time at day) or charge to 90% and use the battery to 20% and charge to 90% again for example 2 times per day?

You can leave it plugged in while you use it. The phone’s charger is built into the phone, and it stops charging at 100%. This is actually a good thing to do, as the phone will use mains power rather than the battery, which will reduce the number of full charge cycles on the battery.
