My iPhone 11 screen is frozen
My iPhone 11 screen is frozen on my Bank of America app. I can not restart it. I tried everything above. I have not phone. Can you communicate with me via computer, app, email...something?

As we understand it from your post, your iPone 11 is non-responsive and you're unable to restart it.
If the iPhone won't restart, we'd recommend looking over these steps in order to force it to restart: Force restart iPhone. Once forced to restart, the phone should eventually return to your lock screen.
