Does anyone know if i travel to USA, will my ECG app work as it does not here in Australia.
i have an apple watch 5 recently purchased.

The ECG function should work in the USA if you change you region/location for your Apple ID in the settings app on your iPhone
No. If you purchased a Watch in Australia and it does not support ECG, it will not support it outside of the country of purchase.
Not to my knowledge, since the device is not approved in Australia. Also, the warranty is not valid for a US watch in Australia either.

I have tried but it checks your account and credit card linked to account. It was worth a try. Haha
