It will always turn off once your phone is charged to at least 80%. There is no way to set it to be always on. You'll need to manually enable it.

It won't hurt the battery to leave it on. However, certain features will be disabled (see the post above). It's a matter of personal preference.

Hello Sagarppanchal,

After reviewing your post, it seems like you want to know if there is any trouble with using Low Power Mode. You can enable it in the Settings. We would recommend you use these articles for how it works and how to maximize the iPhone battery.

"To turn Low Power Mode on or off, go to Settings > Battery. You can also turn Low Power Mode on and off from Control Center. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then select Low Power Mode to add it to Control Center."

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone

"Enable Low Power Mode.

Introduced with iOS 9, Low Power Mode is an easy way to extend the battery life of your iPhone when it starts to get low. Your iPhone lets you know when your battery level goes down to 20%, and again at 10%, and lets you turn on Low Power Mode with one tap. Or you can enable it by going to Settings > Battery. Low Power Mode reduces display brightness, optimizes device performance, and minimizes system animations. Apps including Mail will not download content in the background, and features like AirDrop, iCloud sync, and Continuity will be disabled. You can still use key functions like making and receiving phone calls, email, and messages, accessing the Internet, and more. And when your phone charges up again, Low Power Mode automatically switches off."
