Use soundbar to stream video to Apple TV

Hello,

I have a projector with an Apple TV 4k connected.

My idea is: if I buy a soundbar with Airplay, having HDMI ports in, could I stream from the bluray player to the soundbar to the Apple TV with Airplay?

Something like:

Bluray player ---- HDMI ---- Soundbar
Soundbar ----- Airplay ---- Apple TV
Apple TV ----- HDMI ----- Projector

Connect Apple TV 4 HD with JBL Bar 2 Soundbar Hi I am using Apple TV 4 HD & a MicroMax 40 Canvas S Android TV. I am looking to purchase a budget soundbar to enhance my smart tv's sound. Checking out the JBL Bar 2 for this. But this soundbar only has one HDMI ARC port + 1 optical audio port. My smart tv has an HDMI ARC port. How can i connect my Apple TV to my Smart TV through the soundbar so that i can get best sound and video in this set up. Will i be able to get Dolby Digital Sound. Appreciate if anyone can help on this!

Stream to multiple Apple TV's Hi there. I was wondering if it's possible to stream audio via AirPlay 2 to multiple Apple TV's. I do have the old Apple TV with optical-audio connected to a mixer that is connected to studio monitor speakers that are in my living room. Now I'm thinking about also getting the new Apple TV 4K for my television in combination with a Sonos Soundbar. Would it theoretically be possible to stream music to the Apple TV 4K (and therefore hopefully the soundbar) and to the old Apple TV at the same time?

No, that will not work. Soundbars that support AirPlay, are AirPlay receivers (and audio only), not senders.
