A blue box line is appearing on my screen and surrounding my various apps and I cannot get ride of it. I have reviewed my accessibility settings (switch control, voice control, switch over, etc. ...) and everything is turned off ....
Any idea?

Found the issue. Blue box/frame in IPad Pro.
For the benefit of the forum: this relates to the keyboard. The “Full Keyboard Access” should be disabled in Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.

You accidentally turned on the “VoiceOver” feature on iOS.
Tap on your Home Button three times quickly (Triple-click) until the blue box disappears. You can also access it under accessibility options. Go into Settings > General > Accessibility.
Alternatively, you may have Switch Control turned on. You can disable this by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Switch Control.

As mentioned above, this is not a settings issue, the VoiceOver feature is off and still the blue box frame appears... by the way there isn’t any home button on the new IPad pro
any new ideas?
