Night activity peaks with Exposure Notification - ITA

Hello! I bought an iPhone 11 in august and I was really happy that I could recharge it every other day. All of a sudden, more or less a week or two ago, I noticed some apparently random huge battery drains. I checked in Settings>Battery and between 00.00 and 09.00 there was like this strange 100% Exposure Notification peaks, 1h screen off activity. It doesn't happen every night but I can't identify for sure what changes the situation. I'm starting to think that it only happens when Wi-Fi is off until next morning, but for now it could be only a coincidence. What could it be? If it can be somehow useful, i'm in Italy and I have Immuni on my phone (but, to be clear, in these peaks this app never pops up, not even for a 1%). I'll update this with a screenshot as fast as I can!

Are you running the latest version of iOS 14.1? Keeping your iOS version up to date can help improve device performance as well. We would recommend creating a backup and updating your version of iOS if you have an update available.
