How can i contact apple support from Albania

Hello,

Recently i m finding it almost impossible to contact apple support from Albania.

I have got a problem according to an old iphone that i own. Since this iphone is linked to an apple ID, that its credentials i no longer remember, i m trying to reset the activation lock. I have proof of the purchase made back in 2017. I m posting here as it seems to me the only way someone can help me or direct me to the proper channel...
