Suggested troubleshooting steps;


Try with alternative USB port.

Try to connect with another cable or to another PC to isolate the issue.

Make sure that you are running the latest versions of Windows and iTunes.

Check if your firewall or antivirus programs are blocking it.


You may run diagnostics to iTunes: Launch iTunes > Help > Start Diagnostics > follow the steps on the screen.
