Boot Camp Assistant not working!

I am on macbook pro late 2013, with Catalina 10.15.7, trying to download the windows support software and get this error? Any solution?

Also, I managed to install a Win2010 using bootcamp but I am missing right click when using the macbook touchpad. I checked on win and can't even find anywhere the boot camp manager! any suggestions?

I just spoke with Apple, both via chat and phone. They told me they are aware of the error but said it is not on their side. They advised it is Microsoft issue and asked me to contact Microsoft!

When I asked if this issue is new or recent they told me it is like this since perhaps 2 weeks. no timeline as to when it will be fixed! Crazy.

BC Software is not provided by Microsoft. It is Apple CDN that provides it. This is incorrect information.

Again, this is incorrect. You can verify this by using a tool called Brigadier (https://github.com/timsutton/brigadier) which goes to the Apple CDN.
