Apple Watch Ghost Meeting Reminders

I have an Apple Watch v. 6.2.6 and I keep getting reminders for what was a recurring meeting that has been deleted. How do I get the ghost reminders to stop?

More info: I had (past tense) a standing Zoom meeting with my supervisor. It was scheduled via Outlook. We deleted that meeting and rescheduled it at a different time. The meeting is no longer in Outlook or in Zoom. But every week day, I get a Watch notification at the time of the old meeting.

  1. No, this meeting is not in my paired phones calendar or on my Outlook calendar.
  2. Yes, I powered down my Watch and restarted it.
  3. Yes, I powered down my phone and restarted it
  4. Yes, I completely logged out of my Outlook and reconnected it to my phone.

The Ghost reminders are not hurting me, true. But they are annoying.
