Recovering Deleted Photos.

Hi, Please how do I recover my deleted pictures, I mistakenly deleted all my pictures from my iPod (I lost over 2,000 pictures) and it Synced across all my devices. It also updated on my iCloud. My iPhone back up was 2 days ago, my iPod back up was a day ago. I will like to recover my iPhone backup from 2 days ago, that should have the photos. Any ideas? Thank you.
