Embedding audio and video in Pages and saving to PDF
Is it possible to embed a .movie or .mp4 in a PDF made in pages?
I've seen older posts on this topic but nothing more recently.

No, its not possible. You will have to export to PDF and then add audio and video objects to it using a PDF Editor that supports that functionality. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC can do this, but not all PDF Editors have this capability.
