Couple of things.
Master Channel Strip
As mentioned already. You touched the "forbidden" Master Channel Strip, and even worth, set it to +6dB.
I released a new YouTUbe video today that talks exactly about that topic. "Magic Track Mystery"
Channel Strip Format
This is another tricky topic in Logic. I covered that in a different YouTube Video. Here is the link to that section
https://youtu.be/9UGjElIadEM?t=1285
It shows that an Audio Channel Strip can have five different Channel Modes. In your case, if you have an Audio Region with a stereo signal that has only level on one side (i.e., left channel), then you don't have to convert that Audio Region (Audio File). In Logic you can just "pick" that channel to play back as a mono signal on that Channel Strip.
You Long-click on the Channel Format Icon (the one with the single ring or double ring) and select Left.
GarageBand Mode
I see on your screenshot that you operate Logic in "GarageBand Mode". That means, all the advanced features are disabled in the Logic Preferences > Advanced. That also disables that special popup menu were you select the Left Channel.
Make sure that you enabled at least the first and last checkbox. Be aware, you will lose the GarageBand wood panels and the icons on the Track Header will look different.
Recording Mono/Stereo
As already mentioned on this thread, set the Channel Mode to Mono (signal circle) when recording a a single channel (mono) from your audio interface.
Hope that helps,

You can convert them to mono
As yoyoben says, you’ve recorded a mono source on a stereo track. You would usually record it to a mono track. And take his advice on volume you’re probably hearing distortion at that level of clipping.
Can you provide a screenshot of your mixer?
Is it a problem with your audio? Do all other sound on your mac come on the left side too?
Yes you can. It’s probably a more efficient workflow to start on a mono channel for a mono recording and it’s just worth getting that bit right.
Thank you it's my first time ever trying to work logic or record in general plus even when I try to record a new project from scratch sound still comes from only the left ear

Several things:
1.The audio files on Track Audio 3, Audio 4 , Audio 6 are stereo files with only the left side recorded. In this case, it is normal to hear only the left side .
2. The audio file on track beat is a stereo file, you should hear a signal on both sides.
3. Don't use the big volume knob on the top of the main window, because this affects the "Master" level (everything). It's not only a monitor level. Your Master level is set to +6db, but should be at 0db. You can clearly see your Stereo Out has already clipped. You may decrease the levels on all single tracks.
