They are saying we are just other customers of Apple like you. How do you know you got charged, are you seeing the charge on your bank account?

I said before I used it and it represents that all applications I used are free and zero fees but my bank account sent that I charged by apple bill
Then I would suggest that you use the contact support link at the top of the page to contact Apple directly for help. Did you get any email from Apple as a receipt for any purchase?
