Then I would suggest that you use the contact support link at the top of the page to contact Apple directly for help. Did you get any email from Apple as a receipt for any purchase?
all aplications I used is free and the link that you send proves that .who is the user that you are mentioned ?to home I purchased ?
They are saying we are just other customers of Apple like you. How do you know you got charged, are you seeing the charge on your bank account?
