When I tried to redeem an Apple gift card , it said it was already redeemed

I brought about 16 x value 100 and 8x value 50, total of USD2000.00 apple gif cared from Target on Oct 06 2020. I used the debit card to make the payment and confirmed that the gift card are activated

and the withdraw transaction was show completed in the bank on Oct 06 .

When I tried to redeem this apple gift card, I found out it was already redeem already. I opened 2x100 value Apple gift card and 2x50 value Apple gift card have same problem. The balance of the Apple Gift card an dare not to open it. .

When I tried bring back all these Gift card to Target and asked them why it was already redeem. They replied to me that they only sell the apple gift card and they didn't know the detail and ask me to contact Apple store .

When I approached the Apple store in Manhattan Beach, they asked me to contact Applet Gift specialist . Can You help me to resolve the problem?
