Liquid Damage

Unfortunately, while working on a project, I spilled some scotch on my keyboard. I didn't think to drain it and left in closed overnight. I didn't purchase the Apple Care plus plan. How much did you guys pay for repairs? I'm a broke film student who needs the mac for school.
