Stuck pixel on Apple Watch 5

Hi,

I have what I believe to be a stuck red pixel on my Apple Watch 5 screen. I have tried powering the watch on and off several times, I have changed the watch face, and I have also unpaired the watch from my phone and paired it back to no avail. I also had just updated my watch last night.

Any suggestions of what else I can try? I don't have an Apple Store in my city, although they could possibly still be closed due to the pandemic. I really don't want to be without my watch to send it in for repair so I am hoping someone has other suggestions.
