AirPod pro tip fit test noise level to loud in a silent room

Just purchased a pair of AirPod pros. I have attempted to do the tip fit test multiple times and I keep getting a message that say”noise level is to high in current location “ but I’m in a silent room. Please help

In settings Bluetooth go AirPods. Tap the “i” next to you AirPods. Then tap Forget This Device, and tap again to confirm. Put your AirPods in the case. With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until you see the status light flashing amber. Reconnect your AirPods by opening the lid of the case, and placing the AirPods close to your Apple device. Follow the instructions on the screen.

I hope this solves the fit test problem.
